The assistant can’t see a video I attached to the chat
Section titled “The assistant can’t see a video I attached to the chat”Files attached to a chat stay with the chat and don’t reach Cardboard. Ask for Cardboard’s upload card and pick the files there.
Bringing in a link doesn’t work

Sign-in keeps failing
Section titled “Sign-in keeps failing”Remove Cardboard from Claude’s connectors or ChatGPT’s plugins, add it again, and sign in once more.
Something else
